The Ogden is a 21-story residential condo tower with 275 residences at 150 N Las Vegas Blvd in downtown Las Vegas, steps from the Fremont Street Experience and Fremont East. As of Oct. 27, 2026, 9 condos were listed for sale, asking $280,000 to $750,000, with a median asking price of $389,000 (Tomes Realty, GLVAR MLS data).

I haven't filmed a tour of The Ogden yet, so this post has no photos. I only use stills from my own tours. When I film one, I'll add photos here.
The Ogden at a Glance
- Address: 150 N Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (Tomes Realty)
- Size: 21 floors, 275 residences (same source)
- Opened: 2008 as Streamline Tower. It was leased as apartments for a few years after the recession and renamed The Ogden in 2011, so many records still use the Streamline name (Nevada Real Estate Group).
- Developer / architect: Barclays North; PGAL (same source)
- Type: Residential condominiums, not a condo-hotel
- Pets: Up to 2 pets, up to 80 lb each (Las Vegas Homes and High-Rises), plus an on-site dog run (NREG)
- Parking: Secured garage, roughly 428 spaces (NREG)

The Ogden is at Ogden Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard in the downtown core. Estimated drive times from the tower:

Recent activity: 5 units closed between August and October 2026. Tomes estimates the current listings represent about 2.7 months of supply at that pace, so buyers have fewer units to choose from at any one time (same source).
Floor plans & views
Listed plans run from 963 to 2,044 square feet, and the highest unit listed now is on floor 20. Upper floors and the sky deck look out over downtown, Fremont and the mountains, per Nevada Real Estate Group. Inside one tower, floor and exposure change the value, so I compare each unit against others in the same stack.

HOA Dues & What They Cover
Dues are set per unit and vary with size; the current figure is on each MLS listing (Tomes Realty). Dues cover water, sewer, trash, elevator service, building maintenance, concierge and the amenities (Las Vegas Homes and High-Rises).
Before you buy, read the HOA resale package, including the budget, reserves and any pending assessments. Nevada gives you until midnight of the 5th calendar day after you receive it to cancel in writing (NRS 116.4109). My high-rise guide covers what to look for.
Rental Rules
The Ogden is residential only, with no short-term or nightly rentals (Las Vegas Homes and High-Rises). Nevada Real Estate Group says the building requires a 31-day minimum and tenants register with the HOA (NREG). Always confirm current rules in the CC&Rs and resale package.
Financing Notes
- Cash and conventional loans are the most common paths in towers. Lenders review the building itself (owner-occupancy, reserves, any litigation), so ask your lender to confirm The Ogden's eligibility before you write an offer.
- FHA and VA require project approval (or FHA single-unit approval). I couldn't confirm a current FHA approval for The Ogden on HUD's site, so check HUD's condo search and have your lender confirm.
- Not a condo-hotel. The Ogden is a residential building, so the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac condo-hotel restrictions that apply to some Strip towers don't come into play here. Your lender still reviews the project.

Pros - Walkable to Fremont Street and Fremont East dining - Rooftop sky deck with a pool, spa and BBQs - 1- to 4-bedroom plans listed, with the lowest median asking price of the five towers in this series - Residential rules with no nightly rentals - Low current supply, about 2.7 months by Tomes's estimate
Cons - Fewer listings at any one time, so less choice - Longer drives to the center Strip and airport than towers on the Strip - No nightly rental option - HOA dues aren't published as a range, so you'll need the figure for each unit
